These Terms of Use govern your use of the mobile app DydyWorld
(com.DydyWorld) and the website dydyworld.com.
1. Publisher
The service is provided by VTD LTD. For support, use the contact options on the DydyWorld Google Play listing.
2. The service
DydyWorld is a puzzle game collection distributed through Google Play. Version 1.3.0 includes three games: Sudoku, Mahjong Viola, and Blast Puzzle. dydyworld.com is an informational and marketing website.
3. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app for personal, non-commercial use, subject to Google Play rules and these Terms.
4. Intellectual property
The DydyWorld name, logos, artwork, code, and content of the app and website belong to VTD LTD or its licensors. Copying, reverse engineering beyond what the law allows, redistribution, or unauthorized use of materials is prohibited.
5. Ads and purchases
The app may show ads (currently a banner). Some features may later require in-app purchases processed by Google Play. Purchases are subject to Google’s terms.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the app working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, suspend, or remove features and games in the hub.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- interfere with the app, ads, or related services,
- use cheats, bots, or unauthorized modifications,
- violate other people’s rights or applicable law.
8. Disclaimer
The app and website are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect damages, loss of data on your device, and outages caused by networks, Google Play, or third-party systems.
9. Privacy and cookies
Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Website cookies are described in the Cookie Policy.
10. Governing law
Matters not covered here are governed by the laws applicable to the publisher’s place of business, without limiting mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
